When to Resize
Resizing needs to occur if image is larger or smaller than video frame.
Note in example below that the image in Project Pane is smaller than what we see in Project Bin.
Begin resizing by selecting the clip in the timeline.
1. First, open the Effect Controls Panel – to the right of the source pane.
2. Next, Toggle the Motion fx menu open.
3. Finally, with the clip still selected in the timeline, adjust the number to the right of the scale effect. You can do this by typing in a number or clicking on the existing number and scrubbing. Watch results in the Project Pane.
